The Dino Senesi Golf Tournament

It has been called, “The best Monday of the year.”  The Dino Senesi Golf Tournament is celebrating its 15th year as one of the most anticipated golf tournaments in the area. 

On Monday June 14, 2010, area golfers will once again hit the links at the Elizabethton Golf Course with the same thing in mind - raising money and awareness for the Boys and Girls Club of Elizabethton/Carter County. 

“This is by far, the biggest fund raiser of the year for the Boys and Girls Club,” said Director John Malone.  “We have had such tremendous community support over the years, but I believe this year will prove to be  one of the most successful tournaments to date; not just in money raised but also in the number of local sponsorships. "

More than 60 local businesses have sponsored this year's event, including Outback Steakhouse and Bojangles, both of whom will again be providing lunch and dinner for all the golfers.    

It's a day of golf, fun, food and prizes, all to the benefit the children of this community.  The Dino Senesi Golf Tournament may very well be, the best Monday of the year.
